COMMUNICATION NETWORK:

SHEGATOL SECURITY SERVICES LTD understand that communication is vital to effective security operations hence has designed an operational Radio communication Networks which links all our locations through Icon Radio Base System, and Mobile Radio frequencies alternated by transmitting the various channels through repeater stations to Walkie-talkie. All our location operation/patrol officers are provided with mobile telephone for easy accessibility at any point in time.

 

Our communication network system makes use of:

A. BASE RADIO: Base Radio is installed at a centrally connecting point that will link all the various locations. The accessory is packed with heavy-duty power supply (Battery and Charger).

B. MOBILE BASE RADIO:

Vehicle installation of mobile base radio system allows logistic communications from the base radio connecting vehicles on field services. This operational provision makes vehicle movement communication a success and has given is an edge to our operations and response time.

C.WALKIE TALKIE:

This handset communication system makes operational communication easier wherever our employee may be, in case of any emergency or distress call.

In addition to the communication gadgets, each of the key personnel and location supervisors are equipped with GSM phones.

 

EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE:

Deployment of vehicles at emergency situation by well-trained emergency response team of personnel for distress call. The teams also monitor guards and carry out on the spot assessment check as special monitoring routine to all sensitive locations. The mobilized vehicles are well equipped with long distance radius radio, which is supported by power antenna system.

MONTHLY EVALUATION REPORT:

This is a detailed highlight entry from sources that might affect the state of contract. This report will help to facilitate general observations, and put across recommendations by our organization to the client. We see this as a professional policy on contract advisory matters. This report will be submitted every first week of a new month or as demanded by the client.

ALL Patrol supervisors make entries (detailed observations and instructions) as a rule in all report/log books. Complaints and occurrences will be highlighted as necessary.

The Management of SHEGATOL is made up of a team of professionals led by: 

OTUNBA SEGUN MICHAEL ATOLAGBE, the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.

Otunba Atolagbe, a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP Supernumerary) obtained his Nigerian Certificate In Education (NCE) from College of Education, Oro in Kwara State, holds a Bachelor’s Degree(2^nd Class Upper) in Public Administration from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria.

He started his security carrier as a Security Guard at the age of nineteen (19) under the then Rank Xerox Nigeria Ltd, (now Xerox H.S. Nig. Ltd). He acquired experience in security and personnel management in the course of his duties through various workshops and development courses on security profession over the years.

 

Otunba Atolagbe is a Member, Chattered Public Administrators(MCPA), an Alumnus of Fate Foundation; he has an Advance Diploma Certificate in Security Operation and Management (ADSOM) from the University of Lagos in 2006. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Security, NIM, Association of Licensed Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALSPN), International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS), Global Institute of Security and Institute of Safety Practitioners among others. A hardworking, result oriented and skillful person, he has cut a niche for himself in the security industry having worked and travelled extensively at various levels of security operations.

He was the Operations and Training Manager of Arksego Security Services Limited, Gbagada Lagos; he doubled up as the Operation/Training and Marketing Manager of Closewatch Security Services Nig. Ltd Lagos Nigeria where he resigned to take up the leadership position of Shegatol Security Services Limited in 2008.

 

He coordinates and ensures quality services in all arms of the company operations making sure that operational practices meet specific and lawful requirements of our clients as well as increase the number of clients for the company. He has visited twenty-eight including the FCT out of the thirty-six states of the federation.

 

Otunba Segun Michael Atolagbe is the Chairman of the board of Shegatol Group (owners of: Shegatol Security Services Ltd, Shegatol Hotels & Suites Ltd, Shegatol Properties & Investments Ltd, Shegatol Oil & Gas Ltd).

He became the Otunba of Ekan-Land on August 18th 2018, the Asiwaju of Saint Peter’s Anglican Church, Ekan-Nla, Oke-Ero LGA, Kwara State in December 2018. He is happily married with Children.

 

 

DCP SUNDAY OBAOYE (RTD): He is a retired senior police officer, presently an industrial security practitioner and a director of the company. He is a member of many professional security practitioner organizations both within and outside the country. He has attended many security courses/trainings and seminars both within and outside the country. He has participated in various investigations while in and out of office. He retired as the deputy commissioner of police. He is married with children.

 

 

 

MAJOR GENERAL ANTHONY MAYOWA ATOLAGBE (RTD)

He is an officer of proven integrity who has served the Nigerian Army in various capacities. He has attended all the relevant courses commensurate with his rank. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a Master degree in International Relations in view. He served in peace keeping missions and as member of other security apparatus under the United Nations. He is an Executive Director of this company. He is married with children.

 

PROJECT/DATA MANAGER: DELEGUN KABIR, ABAYOMI

Abayomi has ND, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Certificate from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, BScComputer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, MBA (CEMBA) from National Open University, Lagos, Nigeria. He was the System Administrator/Unix Administration under Zenith Bank Plc (2004–2009). Abayomi later crossed to MULTILINKS –TELCOM, Nigeria in 2009 as their Support and Maintenance Engineer. Before moving to Shegatol as our project/data manager, he first moved from Multilinks-Telcom to Comverse SA (PTY) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa between 2010 and 2012. He has attended various courses and seminars on Electrical/Electronic both within and outside the country. Abayomi is happily married.

 

OYO STATE CORDINATOR: JONATHAN DAVID OLUSHOLA

A product of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, he was the Admin/Operations Manager of Megaforce Security Services, Operations/Training Manager of Kingstech Network Ltd. Segun is an HND Graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, he worked briefly with K3 Company as quality control officer and Olaolu Borehole and Water Treatment Company in 2010 before he joined Shegatol Oil & Gas Ltd and managed our supplies and distribution of Diesel Oil to all MTN sites under our coverage in Ogun State, he crossed to Shegatol Security Services Ltd in 2015 and was transferred to Ekiti State in 2017 as the State Coordinator for VIRGO-ATC-AIRTEL Mast sites. He is a result-oriented officer and good manager of human resources.
